These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Student," "you," or "your") and Samruddhi Pathway Pvt Ltd ("we," "us," "our," or "Company") concerning your enrollment and participation in our training courses and services.

By enrolling in any course, accessing our website www.samruddhipathway.com, or using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not enroll or use our services.

1 Agreement to Terms

By enrolling in our courses or services, you agree that:

  • You are at least 18 years of age or have obtained parental/guardian consent
  • You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement
  • All information provided during enrollment is accurate and complete
  • You will comply with all policies and regulations of Samruddhi Pathway

2 Enrollment & Admission

2.1 Enrollment Process

  • Students must complete the enrollment form and provide required documentation
  • Enrollment is confirmed only upon receipt of fees payment
  • Students must review course details, syllabus, and schedule before enrollment
  • A non-refundable registration fee is required to reserve a seat

2.2 Admission Requirements

  • Meet minimum educational qualifications for the selected course
  • Provide valid identification documents (Aadhaar, PAN, etc.)
  • Submit educational certificates and work experience (if applicable)

3 Fees & Payment Terms

3.1 Payment Structure

  • Registration Fee: Non-refundable and payable at enrollment
  • Course Fees: Payable in full or installments as per payment plan
  • Payment Methods: Cash, online transfer, UPI, credit/debit cards, or cheque
  • Installment Plans: Available with prior approval; second installment due within 30 days

3.2 Late Payment

Students who fail to pay fees on time will not be permitted to attend classes until payment is cleared. Late payment may result in:

  • Suspension of access to learning materials and resources
  • Late fees or penalties as applicable
  • Cancellation of enrollment without refund

3.3 Refund Policy

  • Registration Fee: Non-refundable under all circumstances
  • Course Fees: Refundable (minus registration fee) if cancelled within 7 days of enrollment and before course commencement
  • No Refund: Once the course has started, no refunds will be provided
  • Transfer: Students may transfer to another batch within 6 months (subject to availability)

4 Attendance & Participation

  • Minimum Attendance: 90% attendance is mandatory for course completion and certificate eligibility
  • Punctuality: Students must arrive on time and attend full sessions
  • Missed Classes: Students can cover missed sessions in other batches with prior approval
  • Attendance Tracking: Biometric or manual attendance will be recorded for each session
  • Certificate Ineligibility: Students with less than 90% attendance will not receive course completion certificates

5 Student Code of Conduct

Students are expected to:

  • Maintain professional behavior and respect towards instructors and fellow students
  • Carry a valid student ID card at all times during classes
  • Dress appropriately and maintain cleanliness
  • Not use mobile phones during classes (except for emergencies)
  • Not engage in disruptive behavior, misconduct, or illegal activities
  • Not copy, distribute, or share course materials without authorization
  • Submit assignments and projects on time

5.1 Disciplinary Action

Violation of the code of conduct may result in:

  • Verbal or written warning
  • Temporary suspension from classes
  • Permanent dismissal without refund
  • Legal action if necessary

6 Course Delivery & Content

  • Mode of Delivery: Courses may be delivered in-person, online, or hybrid format
  • Schedule Changes: We reserve the right to modify course schedules with reasonable notice
  • Instructor Changes: Instructors may be substituted if necessary without prior notice
  • Course Materials: Provided for educational purposes only; unauthorized reproduction is prohibited
  • Syllabus Updates: Course content may be updated to reflect industry changes
  • Technical Requirements: For online courses, students must have stable internet and necessary devices

7 Certifications & Credentials

Certificate eligibility requires:

  • Minimum 90% attendance throughout the course
  • Completion of all assignments and projects
  • Passing final assessments (if applicable)
  • Full payment of course fees

Note: Certificates are issued within 30 days of course completion. Duplicate certificates may incur additional charges.

8 Placement Support & Assistance

We provide 100% placement support, which includes:

  • Resume building and optimization
  • Interview preparation and mock interviews
  • Job referrals and connections with hiring partners
  • Career counseling and guidance

8.1 Important Disclaimer

Placement support does NOT guarantee job placement. Job placement depends on:

  • Student's academic performance and skill level
  • Market conditions and hiring demand
  • Student's interview performance
  • Employer requirements and preferences

We commit to providing placement opportunities but cannot guarantee employment outcomes.

9 Intellectual Property Rights

All course materials, including but not limited to:

  • Lecture notes, presentations, and recordings
  • Study materials, manuals, and guides
  • Videos, assignments, and projects
  • Software, tools, and resources

...are the exclusive intellectual property of Samruddhi Pathway Pvt Ltd.

Prohibited Activities:

  • Copying, reproducing, or distributing course materials
  • Recording classes without permission
  • Sharing login credentials for online platforms
  • Commercial use of course content

10 Limitation of Liability

Samruddhi Pathway shall not be liable for:

  • Personal injury or loss of personal belongings on premises
  • Technical issues, internet connectivity problems, or platform downtime
  • Changes in course content, schedules, or instructors
  • Employment outcomes or job placement results
  • Third-party services or external links
  • Force majeure events (natural disasters, pandemics, government orders, etc.)

11 Termination of Services

11.1 By Student

Students may withdraw from the course by providing written notice. Refunds will be processed as per the Refund Policy (Section 3.3).

11.2 By Company

We reserve the right to terminate enrollment if:

  • Student violates terms of service or code of conduct
  • Non-payment of fees after reminders
  • Misconduct, harassment, or illegal activities
  • Providing false information during enrollment

12 Amendments to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Continued use of our services after amendments constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.

13 Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bangalore, Karnataka.
